How long is a game?
Every room is a 60-minute private game. We then reset the room for 30 minutes, so each slot is a 90-minute block.
When should we arrive?
Please arrive 15 minutes before your start time for a short briefing.
Is there a minimum age?
Players must be 12 or over. Anyone under 16 needs an adult playing in the same room.
How is the price worked out?
Players × room rate. The Heist is $28, Signal Lost $30 and The Clockmaker $25 per player (USD). Sample totals are inclusive of any applicable tax, with no booking fees or hidden extras.
What time zone are slots in?
All slots, dates and confirmations use New York time (America/New_York), whatever time zone your device is set to.
Where are you?
Cipher Rooms is a fictional demo venue set in Manhattan, New York City. There is no real address, premises or phone number.
Can a big group play at once?
Yes — book several rooms for the same time. All three rooms at full capacity hosts 17 people for $473 USD.
Can we change a booking?
Under our demo change policy, changes are requested at least 48 hours before your start time.
